About the Role
We are looking for a talented Junior Software Developer who is passionate about building great software and solving real business problems.

This role is ideal for someone with approximately 0-2 years of software development experience who wants to work on meaningful projects, modern technologies, AI-assisted development, process automation, and scalable business applications.

At RAS, you'll have the opportunity to work directly with operations, sales, production, and leadership teams to design and build solutions that have a measurable impact on the business.

We care less about the number of years on your resume and more about your ability to learn quickly, write high-quality code, and continuously improve your craft.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full stack web applications

Refactor legacy code into clean, maintainable, modular components

Design scalable software architectures

Improve application performance and reliability

Build integrations between systems and platforms

Automate business processes using contemporary tools

Collaborate with business users to understand requirements

Use AI and LLM tools responsibly to improve development efficiency

Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Maintain development standards and documentation

Required Skills
Technical

Experience with React

Experience with SQL databases

Experience using Git and GitHub

Understanding of software design principles

Experience consuming APIs

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Power Platform experience

Microsoft 365 development

Azure experience





AI-assisted development experience

Experience working with LLMs and AI coding tools

Power Automate experience

Copilot Studio experience
