In this role, you will implement health and safety programs while ensuring compliance and effective incident investigation processes. As a part of the Corporate Health and Safety team, your leadership will support Team Members and enhance workplace safety across various centers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Address health and safety issues for Team Members
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses
• Conduct health and safety audits and drills
• Guide Emergency Response Team training and strategies
• Design compliance-related training sessions for the office

Requirements:
• College diploma in Health and Safety or equivalent
• 3-5 years health and safety experience required
• CRST certified, Internal Auditor certification is an asset
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Ontario Health & Safety legislation
