Key Responsibilities:
• Manage invoice entries into accounting software
• Prepare cash deposits and manage floats
• Audit daily and monthly financial reports
• Ensure adherence to financial procedures
• Assist during operational inventory audits

Requirements:
• College or university degree required
• 3+ years in a hotel finance role preferred
• Familiarity with Great Plains Dynamics or similar
• Robust math and analytical skills
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends
