Key Responsibilities:
• Offer executive services and project coordination to directors
• Prepare reports and presentations for various committees
• Organize meetings and manage logistical support
• Assist in record management and special event coordination
• Foster effective communication across departments
Requirements:
• Two years of post-secondary education in Office Administration
• Four years of executive-level experience preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency and detail orientation
• Excellent interpersonal skills with stakeholders
• Ability to meet deadlines in dynamic environments
