In this full-time, on-site position, you’ll collaborate with engineers and production teams to oversee all aspects of the design process, assuring that each product excels in performance and manufacturability. Your role will not only involve direct design work but also mentoring junior engineers, ensuring growth within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop trailer systems from concept design to production.
• Create and manage CAD models, focusing on industry standards.
• Integrate customer feedback into actionable design improvements.




• Work alongside production to tackle manufacturing challenges.
• Lead efforts in product testing and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of mechanical design experience.
• Proficient in Onshape or similar CAD software.
• Hands-on background in structural design and manufacturing processes.
• Solid understanding of GD&T; standards.
• Robust leadership and project management skills.
