Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Company Overview: A global investment company is searching for a Fund Accounting Manager to join their team. Core Responsibilities: As Fund Accounting Manager, you will: Lead day-to-day fund accounting operations for private equity clients. Manage, mentor and develop a team of Fund Accountants. Oversee the NAV process, including investor allocations, fees, waterfalls, capital activity and distributions. Liaise with clients, auditors, banks, brokers and custodians to resolve issues and meet deadlines. Ensure AML, regulatory, compliance and internal control requirements are met. Review fund financials, investor reporting and audit deliverables. Manage team workloads and ensure service levels and deadlines are achieved.



Establish procedures and controls tailored to individual funds and clients. Identify opportunities to improve processes, technology and reporting. Support new initiatives, projects and office growth.
