We are hiring for a Full time Baker Apprentice position with a wage range of $15.00 - $18.00 at our location in Sundre, AB.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Measure, mix, scale, knead, hand-shape, and score bread
Bake traditional bread and bakery products
Operate bakery equipment (i.e. commercial mixers, rack ovens, proofer, bread slicer)
Adhere to quality, cleanliness, and merchandising standards
Maintain a clean and sanitized work area
Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
Handle customer customer service inquiries and provide an exceptional customer experience

What you Bring:
Experience in a bakery or food preparation setting is an asset
Warm and welcoming personality
Comfortable working early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to thrive and work in a quick-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
