หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
Manage and maintain relationships with Talent and coordinate with internal teams
Coordinate and manage Talent schedules, including work, classes, rehearsals, and activities
Support Talent during work and activities, including handling and resolving issues
Monitor Talent’s discipline, working standards, and career development
Maintain accurate and up-to-date Talent profiles, records, and performance information
Support Talent management operations and other tasks as assigned





คุณสมบัติ
Bachelor’s degree in any related field
1–3 years of experience in Talent/Artist Management, Entertainment, Event Management, or related fields
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Positive organizational and problem-solving skills
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
Strong interest in the entertainment, music, and artist industry
Adaptable to work outside regular hours, including weekends and public holidays
Willing to work on a non-standard work schedule, with days off that may not fall on weekends
Good command of Thai and English is a plus
