Key Responsibilities
Assist senior legal advisors in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
Conduct legal research on various matters and prepare research memos.
Support the management of ongoing litigation files and pre-litigation matters.
Help prepare for and manage corporate secretarial duties, such as board meeting minutes.
Engage with clients and external parties under supervision to gather information and provide updates.
