Successful candidates will possess an RN with a Baccalaureate in Nursing and at least 3 to 5 years of clinical practice experience. Your role will involve delivering essential nursing theory, lab activities, and practical clinical sessions, ensuring a high standard of education for nursing students at CNC.Key Responsibilities:
Instruct nursing theory and facilitate lab experiences
Guide students through their clinical rotations
Maintain effective communication with students and faculty
Ensure adherence to nursing best practices in teaching
Engage in community and college initiativesRequirements:
RN with Baccalaureate degree in Nursing
3 to 5 years of nursing experience
Teaching experience is highly preferred
Current membership with BCCNM
