The role requires an ECE Diploma and active registration with the College of ECEs, plus First Aid/CPR and a Vulnerable Sector Check. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and staff, while remaining adaptable to cover shifts as needed in a nurturing environment
