You will work in both the concessions area and the skate shop, where your friendly demeanor will be key. Main tasks include greeting guests, assisting them with skate sizes, managing payments, and ensuring a tidy setting. Your contributions will enhance the teamwork and energy of the venue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide customer service at the concessions stand
• Assist with skate fitting and sizing
• Process cash and debit transactions accurately
• Sanitize helmets and keep equipment neat
• Maintain a clean working area for guests
Requirements:
• Strong communication and customer service background
• Availability during evenings and weekends
• Ability to obtain FoodSafe Level 1 certification
• Enjoy teamwork and positive interactions
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
