HR GeneralistJob SummaryWe are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will drive key HR initiatives, support onboarding initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Your proactive approach will help shape a positive organizational culture and streamline HR processes across the company.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, coordinate, and lead comprehensive onboarding programs that effectively integrate new employees into the company culture and operationsFacilitate recent hire orientation sessions and ensure all onboarding documentation is complete and compliantServe as the primary point of contact for new employees during the onboarding process, addressing questions and providing supportCollaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to tailor onboarding experiences to rolespecific needsManage day-to-day HR functions including benefits administration, employee record maintenance, and HR policy implementationAssist with recruitment activities such as job postings, screening, and interview coordinationSupport employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting a positive workplace environmentEnsure compliance with labor laws, company policies,



and regulatory requirementsMaintain accurate HR metrics and prepare reports related to onboarding, turnover, and other key indicatorsContinuously improve HR processes and onboarding programs based on employee feedback and best practicesKey Requirements3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role, with demonstrated experience in employee onboardingStrong knowledge of Canadian and US HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements preferredExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detailProficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience in traffic control, construction, or related industries is a plusBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferredRight Traffic is an Equal Employment Opportunities Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
