Our client is a well-established organisation delivering specialist services across major infrastructure, engineering, construction and industrial projects. They are seeking an experienced Finance & Administration Officer to join their team and provide essential support across finance, administration and day-to-day operations.

About the Role

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working across accounts receivable, invoicing, timesheets and general administration within a busy operational environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
Processing and reviewing timesheets.
Managing accounts receivable, invoicing, debtor follow-up and client portal submissions.
Processing purchase orders and supplier invoices.
Ensuring project labour, materials and consumable costs are accurately captured and recovered.
Providing reception and general administrative support across the business.
Coordinating travel and accommodation bookings and associated invoices.




Assisting with freight, despatch and receiving activities.
Providing general finance and administrative support to various departments.

About You

You will be organised, reliable and confident managing competing priorities, with:
Previous experience in finance administration, accounts receivable or a similar role.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with invoicing, timesheets and debtor management.
Strong administration and communication skills.Experience with an ERP (MS Dynamics 365) highly regarded but not essential.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
