In this significant role, you'll support the Stops & TPSS initiatives by developing structural models and ensuring high-quality documentation. With a minimum of five years in the field, your work will adapt corridor-wide standards to meet specific site conditions while maintaining the federated 3D model.

Key Responsibilities:
• Produce structural documents and federated BIM outputs
• Design 3D models and detailed 2D discipline files
• Prepare excavation drawings and foundation plans
• Run clash detection processes and generate reports
• Organize asset data handover guidelines

Requirements:
• Civil or Structural Engineering degree or diploma
• 5+ years of relevant modelling experience
• Expertise in Revit and Navisworks software
• Understanding of Metrolinx BIM standards
• Significant experience with multi-site documentation sets
