Assistant Spa Manager - Coastal British Columbia Package: $58,000 CAD per year + housing + benefits
An incredible opportunity for an experienced spa professional to join the leadership team of a high-end luxury resort on British Columbia’s stunning Vancouver Island.
We’re looking for an Assistant Spa Manager who combines genuine hands‑on spa experience with robust leadership skills and a real passion for exceptional guest service.
Working alongside the Spa Manager, you’ll help lead the day‑to‑day operation of a world‑class spa, supporting the team, maintaining exceptional service standards and stepping into the Spa Manager role when required. This is very much a hands‑on leadership position, including supporting reception and treatments where needed.
What we’re looking for: Minimum 2 years of management experience within a high-end, full‑service luxury spa or similar environment
Previous experience as a Massage Practitioner
Minimum 1,000 hours of formal massage education - please note,



this is education/training hours rather than hours of work experience
Strong leadership, communication and people‑management skills
Experience with scheduling, training, performance management and spa operations
Comfortable with budgets, inventory and retail performance
SpaSoft/Maestro experience would be an asset
Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Ability to commit to the position for 2 years
