Supporting the Service Department, you will manage the service appointment process and customer communications efficiently. Your responsibilities include ensuring that client experiences are top-notch from the initial contact to vehicle delivery. This permanent position operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule service appointments accurately across channels
• Welcome customers and gather necessary vehicle information
• Coordinate with Service Advisors for optimal scheduling




• Provide appointment reminders and service updates to customers
• Maintain customer records within the dealership system

Requirements:
• Experience in administrative or customer-focused roles preferred
• Knowledge of scheduling software is beneficial
• Strong communication and organizational competencies
• Detail-oriented and calm under pressure
• BC Driver’s License is necessary for this role
