Become a vital part of Houston In-Home ABA Group as a Behavior Technician, based in Pasadena, TX. Provide essential ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, facilitating their growth at home.

In this role, you will work with children and their families while being supervised by an experienced BCBA. Your duties will include implementing behavior plans, tracking progress, and helping clients achieve key developmental milestones through interactive and engaging approaches.

Key Responsibilities:
• Offer in-home behavior interventions and support
• Implement and follow behavior intervention plans
• Collect and analyze data on child behaviors
• Collaborate with BCBA to refine treatment approaches
• Abide by BACB ethical standards

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent necessary
• Preferred minimum of 6 months ABA experience
• Active RBT certification is essential
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Compliance with background checks and health screenings required
