Key Responsibilities: • Diagnose and treat head and neck disorders comprehensively • Engage in resident education and mentorship • Manage 1:5 or 1:6 on-call duties effectively • Ensure patient safety during hospital transfers • Collaborate with a wide range of healthcare providers

Requirements: • Eligibility with CMPA and CPSBC is mandatory • FRCSC eligibility preferred • Experience in Head and Neck surgical practices • Interest in broad otolaryngology is desirable • Dedication to inclusive patient care
