You will assess and engage patients in their recovery processes, actively partaking in team-oriented efforts with a skilled multidisciplinary team. This role also includes responsibilities such as program planning, quality management participation, and supervision of therapy personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment strategies
• Collaborate with teams to improve program delivery
• Mentor therapy staff and students in clinical settings




• Assist with providing coverage in different departments
• Engage in quality initiatives and research activities
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapist of Ontario
• At least two years of hospital-related experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage independence
• Understanding of legislation and community resources
