Proficiency in Family Court documentation and a keen understanding of CAS matters are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage over 25 Family Law files with confidence
• Accurately file Family Court documents
• Work with both Legal Aid and private clientele




• Ensure comprehensive file management using legal software
• Engage in creative problem-solving for client issues

Requirements:
• Minimum two years' experience in Family Law
• Licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
• Strong familiarity with the Family Law Act
• Background in Children’s Aid Society cases
• Excellent communication and organization skills
