Responsibilities Tasks Demonstrate and instruct athletic, fitness or sports activities and techniques
Keep logs and maintain records
Schedule activities
Assist with coordination of recreational, sport and fitness events
Lead groups and individuals in recreational or leisure programs
Plan and carry out recreational, fitness and sports activities
Understand principles of group dynamics
Leading/instructing individuals
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Monitor recreational, sports or fitness activities to ensure safety and provide emergency or first aid assistance when required
Credentials Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses Canadian Association of Snowboard Instructors (CASI) Certification
