In this role, Evergreen Co-op is seeking dedicated Courtesy Clerks focused on customer care and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for ensuring a positive shopping experience through assistance with groceries while maintaining adherence to safety and equipment protocols. Existing retail experience is valued in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Offer exceptional service and assistance to members
• Operate and maintain equipment according to safety standards
• Help customers with their groceries in a courteous manner
• Complete departmental tasks and maintain cleanliness




• Adapt to working indoors and outdoors as required

Requirements:
• Retail experience, especially in grocery, is preferred
• Solid written and verbal communication capabilities
• Self-motivated and responsible while being friendly
• Ability to multitask effectively under pressure
• Physically active with capability to lift 50 lbs
