DXP | HSE Integrated Ltd . is currently seeking a Primary Care Paramedics for casual shift/rotational work for work sites in Alberta. We're looking for skilled professionals with a background in emergency response. By joining our roster, you'll be the first in line when projects arise, giving you the prospect to work with a leader in industrial safety service
Responsibilities
Provide a quick response to medical emergencies in an industrial setting
Assess and attend to patient's injuries; determine a course of treatment
Provide first-aid or support to injured workers




Effectively communicate status and next steps of the injured worker to emergency services
Clean and decontaminate vehicles (mobile treatment center) and/or clinic area and maintain areas in a state of operational/medical readiness
Ensure all reporting and communication requirements are adhered to regarding incidents, injuries and treatment
Maintain confidential patient medical documentation and reports as per governing body requirements
Qualifications
Registration as a Primary Care Paramedic with the Alberta College of Paramedics
H2S Alive
CPR - Health Care Provider (HCP) or Basic Life Support (BLS)
Non GDL Class 5 (or equivalent) driver's License; Class 4 if working in BC for forestry work
Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
Other Requirements
Physical demands of the role include lifting up to 50 kilos.
Proof of registration with the Alberta College of Paramedics is required.
Driver's abstract required showing 4 or less infractions in the last three (3) years
Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
