Kitchen Brigades is a Canadian program delivering after-school culinary workshops in schools, using La Tablée des Chefs materials. The Consultant Chef Trainer will teach basic cooking techniques, guide recipe preparation, and manage ingredient purchases within budget. The mandate runs 24 weeks with approximately 4–5 hours per week, after school hours.
Skilled fees are $125 per workshop. A criminal background check is required due to regular contact with minors during delivery of the mandate.
