Your role will include developing effective training modules, managing onboarding processes, and identifying site-specific training needs through comprehensive analysis. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee training programs and instructors at Red Lake Operation
Enhance competency-based training and assessment systems




Manage the induction and onboarding process for current employees
Maintain ongoing training documentation and analysis of needs
Track training effectiveness through KPIs and feedbackRequirements:
Proven experience in training supervision within mining
An Underground Common Core or Mill Common Core credential preferred
Solid abilities in INX and training development
Knowledge of safety regulations and documentation
