Southern Health-Santé Sud is seeking a Health Care Aide to provide ADL support at Eastview Place in Altona. Under supervision of nursing leaders, you’ll deliver person-centered care, comply with PHIA/FIPPA, and maintain a safe, respectful setting for residents. Position is in-person with flexible shifts.
Applicants should have a Health Care Aide certificate, Grade 12, and BLS certification. Experience with elderly or disabled clients is preferred; bilingual English/French is an asset.
