Food & Beverage Front Of House - Nozawa Onsen Distillery Working in a small fast-paced venue your skills in service and communication will be imperative to delivering a memorable experience to our customers.
Responsibilities General duties will include, but are not limited to:
Opening and closing of the venue
Provide customers with the best possible hospitality and experience
Handling POS system, till and reservation system
Valuable knowledge of general liquor, our products and menu
Providing drink recommendations and upselling products
Making cocktails and drinks to a high standard during busy periods
Keeping the working area clean at all times
Daily and weekly venue cleaning
Effectively communicating with other staff and working closely in a high paced environment
Offer assistance to the production team when needed
Experience / Qualifications Previous hospitality experience
Reports to Floor Supervisor on Duty, Venue Manager
