As a Service Advisor , you are the connection between our customers and the shop floor. You are the one who listens, explains, and builds trust. Whether it’s routine maintenance or a more complex repair, you help guide customers through the process with clarity, confidence, and care. What You’ll Be Up To:
Welcoming customers and learning about their vehicle concerns and needs
Reviewing warranty and service coverage, and explaining it in a clear, approachable way
Preparing accurate estimates for parts, labour, and recommended services
Creating detailed repair orders that set the shop up for success
Keeping customers informed with timely updates and transparent communication
Maintaining organized and accurate service documentation
Staying current with Chrysler programs, systems, and ongoing training




Supporting your team and contributing to a positive, high-performing setting
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
Experience in customer service, automotive experience is an asset
Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
A natural ability to build rapport and create trust with customers
A team-first mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
A desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career
A valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
