Be a key player at Enterprise Mobility as a Senior Customer Assistance Representative in Mount Hope, Ontario, focusing on customer service excellence. Engage with customers directly to cater to their rental needs and provide valuable assistance.

In this full-time position, you will leverage training and customer service skills to support branch operations and foster positive interactions. Your role encompasses managing calls and inquiries as well as performing vehicle checks upon return. You’ll ensure every rental experience is seamless and rewarding for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding assistance for incoming customer calls
• Welcome customers warmly and assess rental requirements
• Conduct vehicle returns and evaluations efficiently




• Handle basic billing and administrative tasks

Requirements:
• High school education required; some college preferred
• At least one year in customer service or sales
• Valid Ontario driver's license needed
