We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to oversee our clients shipping and receiving operations within a energetic warehouse environment.

This role is vital in ensuring the efficient movement of goods, accurate order fulfillment, and protected operation of heavy equipment.

The successful individual is energetic, focused & highly motivated.

In this role you will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the distribution process to ensure effective and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:
Working with an ERP inventory system
Following HACCP food secure guidelines
Coordinate and oversee daily shipping activities to ensure timely delivery of product
Supervise and lead teams within the Shipping Department
Review and approve shipping documents including sales orders, purchase orders, load delivery documents etc.
Implement shipping policies and procedures to improve efficiencies with reducing operational costs
Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to the Shipping Department
Collaborate with other departments such as production, quality control, etc.





to ensure there are no shipping related issues to the customer
Compliance of OHS polices in ensuring the safety of our team members and visitors
Monitor and ensure inventory/product allocation is manage correctly
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience in a shipping or logistics supervisory role
Forklift and pallet jack equipment experience
Excellent organizational skills and planning
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve shipping related issues
Detail oriented, focusing on accuracy of shipments and following up with team members
Ability to effectively manage a team to ensure operations are completed as efficiently as possible
Must have robust leadership skills
Ability to multi-task
