At PSI, our goal is to support individuals in quitting smoking through creative vaping products. We are looking for a Retail & ERP Systems Analyst who will take charge of our technology solutions that enhance retail operations and support our NetSuite ERP environment. This position allows for impactful engagement with technology and business teams alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical ownership of retail technology applications
• Monitor system health and resolve integration issues
• Facilitate onboarding for technology partners
• Collaborate on improvements to tech solutions and workflows
• Maintain documentation for processes and configurations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or similar
• Minimum of 3 years in ERP systems support
• Familiarity with retail technology and multi-system integrations
• Proficient in relevant programming languages
• Strong analytical capabilities and communication skills
