Canadian Mental Health Association-SOS is seeking an Executive Director to lead the organization in alignment with the Board's vision, building a robust culture, guiding strategy, and representing CMHA-SOS in the community.
The ED will oversee program delivery, governance, budgeting, fundraising, and compliance, while developing partnerships to improve mental health and substance use services within the region. This exempt role is 30 hours per week, based in Penticton.
