Summary Lead HR activities for the Canadian market from the regional headquarters, acting as a strategic partner to store management and employees to deliver a best-in-class employee experience. Own full-cycle recruitment, talent development, employee relations and HR administration while ensuring compliance with federal and provincial employment laws. Use data, reporting and AI-enabled tools to streamline HR processes and support business objectives across the store network.
Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment and employer branding for the market, including sourcing, interviewing and negotiating offers.
Partner with store management on workforce planning, compensation proposals, performance management and succession planning.
Drive talent development initiatives, career conversations and mobility to build a strong talent pipeline.
Manage employee relations matters, conduct investigations and coach managers on conflict resolution and corrective actions.
Maintain HRIS data accuracy, streamline HR administration and produce reporting and analysis on HR trends.




Leverage AI and digital tools to optimize HR workflows and improve candidate and employee experience.
Regular travel across the Canadian market to support stores in person.
Requirements 3–7 years of HR experience, ideally within retail specialty or luxury environments, with direct responsibility for a market or client group.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline; Master's is a plus.
Valuable knowledge of Canadian federal and provincial employment legislation; international HR exposure is an asset.
Proven full-cycle recruiting experience and ability to mentor or manage junior HR team members.
Strong interpersonal, communication and coaching skills; ability to partner with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency with Excel and HR digital tools/HRIS; comfortable using AI-assisted sourcing and workflow tools.
Fluent English; French is a strong asset; willingness to travel regularly across the market.
