Inspections, and investigations
Ontario-specific regulatory compliance
Union (LiUNA) safety requirement integration
COR audit management
Enhanced incident and inspection oversight
Field-based coaching and training
Maintaining on-line compliance site
Proactive hazard identification and risk reduction
Continuous improvement of safety performance metrics across Ontario operations
Travel to other branches as needed

What you must have:
OHS diploma/certificate required
Valid Ontario JHSC Certification (Part 1 & 2)
Robust knowledge of Ontario HSE legislation (OHSA, Construction Regs)
Experience with COR (Ontario)



program requirements; COR auditor certification an asset
Experience working within unionized settings (LiUNA preferred)
Proficiency with WSIB processes, reporting, and return-to-work practices
Proficient computer skills including MS Office, digital HSE platforms, and online compliance systems

Salary/Rate Range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00
