What you will be doing:
Provide administrative and legal support to three lawyers in the litigation practice.
Prepare, draft, and format legal documents, including pleadings, correspondence, and court forms.
Manage court filings and coordinate with filing agents and courthouses.
Handle scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of court appearances.
Maintain and organize client files (electronic and physical).
Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff.
Assist with billing, time entry, and file management using ESI Law and other legal tools.

What you must have:
Minimum 3 year of experience as a Legal Assistant, ideally in litigation.
Solid understanding of court procedures, pleadings, and filing requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an asset.





Ideally Mandarin or Cantonese.
Proficiency with legal software, including ESI Law and litigation management tools.

Experience with e discovery software (Eclipse, Summation or Reveal).
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Professional, proactive, and a team player.

Salary/Rate Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00
