Job Summary

We are hiring a Production/Warehouse Associate for a temp-to-hire chance in Burlington, ON within a consumer packaged goods manufacturing environment.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone with production, warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, or general labour experience who enjoys practical work, steady full-time hours, and contributing to a team-focused operation.

The Production/Warehouse Associate will support day-to-day manufacturing, material handling, product finishing, and quality inspection activities while building valuable experience in a structured production setting.

Key Responsibilities
Perform general labour duties in various areas of the production plant as assigned.
Hand finish ceramic fiber shapes, including sanding, patching, packing, and preparing materials for the next production stage.




Operate basic production tools and equipment such as planers, manual hoists, waterjet cutters, vacuum forming equipment, and pallet lifters.
Load and unload drying racks, move materials safely, and stack finished or in-process products on pallets.
Inspect finished products against drawings and quality specifications to ensure accuracy, consistency, and production quality.
Support safe, effective workflow by following work instructions, safety procedures, and plant quality standards.

Compensation and Benefits
Pay rate: $20.00 to $26.40 per hour.
Annual salary range: $40,000 to $56,000 per year, depending on position available.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
