Reporting to the Executive Director, Employee Experience, the Safety Management Lead is responsible for strategizing and developing safety programs that align with best practices. You'll manage compliance and oversee initiatives that maximize safety and reduce incidents within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate injury prevention and safety audit processes
• Administer Workers' Compensation and disability management policies
• Analyze safety performance trends and compliance metrics
• Train organizational leaders on safety and disability practices
• Liaise with consultants and manage external relationships

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3-5 years of progressive safety experience
• CRSP or CHRP preferred
• Advanced skills in Microsoft applications
• Proven stakeholder management skills
