IKEA is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for management and other complex roles in the Vancouver area, blending on-site and remote work. You will partner with store leaders, build candidate pipelines, and ensure an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience while upholding IKEA values.
You will analyze recruitment metrics, influence decisions, and drive diverse sourcing strategies, with three days in office and two days remote.
