Join The Link's mission as a System Navigator at the Youth Hub. This full-time role involves supporting youth aged 12-25 in overcoming systemic barriers in Manitoba.

The System Navigator will work closely with the System Navigation Team to connect unhoused youth with vital resources, while fostering a safe and inclusive environment. This position incorporates trauma-informed and harm-reduction practices, with duties that include building strong relationships, facilitating workshops, and engaging in crisis support. You will play a crucial role in ensuring youth are informed and empowered in their service plans.

Key Responsibilities:
• Aid youth attending drop-in services to obtain supports
• Establish trusting relationships for better service outcomes




• Facilitate access to community resources addressing youth needs
• Coordinate recreational activities and life skills workshops
• Manage dynamics and provide de-escalation support during drop-ins

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in social services or equivalent experience
• Robust relationship-building and mentoring abilities
• Familiarity with trauma-informed practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid Manitoba driver’s license required
