The YMCA of the National Capital Region is seeking an Employer Liaison for Power of Trades to serve newcomers and employers across Ontario. You will promote the program, run pre-employment workshops, and connect participants to skilled-trades opportunities.
You will report to the Director and Senior Director of Employment and Newcomer Services to ensure smooth program delivery and successful placements. Ideal candidates have recruitment or employment counselling experience, solid facilitation
