Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and assess individualized care strategies
• Provide medication and treatment within scope
• Document and report health changes promptly
• Conduct interdisciplinary care conferences
• Coach and mentor current staff members

Requirements:
• Current LPN license with the BCCNM
• Certification in Occupational First Aid Level 1
• Completion of RAI competency testing required
• Prior long-term care experience is beneficial
• Skills to manage physical tasks and maintain a clean environment
