In our unit, you will be at the forefront of patient care, engaging with approximately 500 births every month. This position demands a proactive approach in assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care for expectant mothers and their families. You'll utilize your organizational and interpersonal skills to promote a culture of respect and excellence in care delivery within an interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and evaluate patient conditions throughout the perinatal journey
• Provide comprehensive antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care




• Facilitate communication with families for holistic support
• Maintain cultural awareness within the team
• Support procedural care in operating and recovery rooms

Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized nursing program
• CRNA registration or eligibility
• BCLS-HCP certification required
• Minimum 6 months experience in urban L&D; or relevant fields
• Experience in perinatal care and quality improvement initiatives
