These initiatives will require the incumbent to utilize evidence‑based practises, pedagogical/andragogical research, and emerging learning technologies to guide the creation of custom training solutions for Faculty/Staff/Admin on all three campuses.In this role, the incumbent will work with a multidisciplinary team of teaching/learning experts to create annualtraining and development initiatives and programs, just‑in‑time training opportunities, teaching and learningresources, and will assist in providing support for course redevelopment and course‑level quality assurance activities. The incumbent will also contribute their expertise to internally/externally funded SCTL projects thatrelate to educational development and will participate in regular service improvement processes within theSCTL.QualificationsEducation and Experience:A minimum of a 3‑year Diploma in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering Technology, Computer Programming, or Information Technology. Required Certifications in the following areas,Cloud:VMware Certified Professional – vSphere Foundation Administrator (VCP-VVF)Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator AssociateIT Service ManagementITIL 3 FoundationA minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible IT Infrastructure experience, with hands‑on Microsoft Azure administration and/or architecture,



and VMware vSphere / vCenter administration in a production environment.Other Required Qualifications:Robust and broad understanding of the various components of hybrid infrastructure required to deliver effective hybrid architecture including cloud servicesNetworksEnterprise and web applicationsStorage and server infrastructureData architecture and servicesInformation securityServer and desktop virtualizationVarious client devices and technologiesThe successful incumbent must have the ability to report to the work location and work temporarily from a remote location with reliable internet access, as approved by the College and in accordance with the college’s Telework Policy.SALARY AND TERMS:Admin Group:Pay Band 10: $88,985 - $111,230 per annum, commensurate on education and experience.
