In this full time role, you will serve as the Risk Manager for HR platforms. With 5+ years of relevant experience, you’ll support cross-functional collaborations to meet enterprise risk obligations. Your expertise in risk management processes will ensure that emerging digital capabilities are responsibly adopted and compliant.
Key Responsibilities: - Build knowledge of HR systems and manage risk activities - Serve as a point of contact for Risk Owners and auditors - Monitor third-party vendor risks and compliance - Foster risk awareness and provide necessary training - Track and manage audit findings and remediation efforts
