1-year Contract
Calgary based - hybrid workplace, 2-3 days/week on-site
Must Have: 5+ years of experience in construction procurement/purchasing
3+ years of experience working with CCDC contracts (Canadian Construction Documents Committee.)
Strong knowledge of construction procurement, materials, project phases, and the construction lifecycle
Experience with competitive bidding, sourcing, negotiation, and contract execution
Strong understanding of procurement processes, internal controls, and financial procedures
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
SCMP designation
Nice-to-Have: MBA or other relevant post-secondary education




Experience working within a public-sector, educational, or institutional environment
Experience supporting facilities management or construction project teams
Responsibilities: Manage procurement of materials, supplies, equipment, and services for construction and facilities projects.
Lead competitive bidding, sourcing, negotiation, and contract activities, applying CCDC standards and best-value procurement practices.
Work closely with project managers, Facilities Management, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure procurement activities comply with organizational policies and applicable government regulations.
Support contract execution, documentation, internal controls, and financial processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the external construction supplier community.
