What will your day-to-day look like? Supervise daily operations related to the manufacturing of multiple families of aeronautical parts
Address the prevention of health and safety incidents by actively promoting valuable practices and appropriate behaviours
Ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (EHS, quality, delivery, performance, costs) and apply appropriate measures and solutions
Communicate with production teams and support functions such as manufacturing engineering, programming, logistics, maintenance, project management, etc.
Hire, monitor training of employees and support team leaders
Actively participate in initiatives aimed at reducing non-quality and increasing efficiency
Facilitate change management and promote employee engagement
What do you need to be successful? College diploma (DEC) or Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, including a minimum of 3+ years of supervisory experience
French (fluent), English (functional)
Knowledge of continuous improvement concepts (5S, Lean Manufacturing, tier meetings, Gemba walks, visual management, etc.)
Knowledge of manufacturing, programming, and machining methods




Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Comfortable working in an workplace with competing priorities and tight deadlines
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to understand various production challenges and anticipate potential issues
Team player with strong autonomy and ethical judgment
Knowledge of logistics, planning tools, and production monitoring is an asset
Good knowledge of ERP/MRP software such as SAP and ITDM is an asset
Knowledge of quality criteria and inspection processes is an asset
