In this prominent role, you will oversee the daily maintenance functions while supporting a culture of continuous improvement and safety. Your leadership will emphasize enhancing equipment availability and managing maintenance staff while effectively coordinating with Operations to ensure smooth workflows. You will play a pivotal role in training, process evaluation, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct field and shop maintenance activities
• Coach and develop maintenance teams and supervisors
• Align maintenance priorities with operational demands




• Monitor and document maintenance conditions thoroughly
• Evaluate practices to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime

Requirements:
• 5–7 years of leadership experience in maintenance
• HET Journeyman certification required
• Experience managing maintenance budgets and resources
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise systems
• Valid driver's license with valuable standing record
