This full-time acting position supports the Program Manager in executing day-to-day program activities and strategic planning for youth and families. Your role is crucial in ensuring a trauma-informed, secure environment and enhancing various support services in the community, rooted in The Link’s Therapeutic Model of Care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on strength-based plans with diverse families
• Provide on-call coverage and manage student activities
• Develop family-centric treatment plans focused on individual needs




• Organize out-of-school programs for engagement
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures

Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience in trauma-informed youth work
• Degree or diploma in Human Services or relevant field
• Clear criminal and child abuse registry checks required
• Valid driver’s license is essential
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends
