This is a senior leadership role, ideal for a forward‑thinking engineer who thrives on client relationships, technical excellence, and team development.The OpportunityLead complex, multi‑disciplinary projects as Project Manager and/or Engineer of Record.Ensure quality, code compliance, and alignment with client expectations.Monitor financial performance and manage project risks.Support strategic growth in healthcare and lab sectors through strong client relationships and business development.Contribute to winning new work through proposals, pitches, and contract negotiations.Mentor junior staff in mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection design.Guide professional development and promote technical excellence across the team.Engage in industry forums and help advance mechanical standards and sustainable design practices.The SkillsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering.Professional Engineering (PE) license or ability to obtain one within 6 months of joining.Minimum of 15 years of experience designing HVAC systems (airside and hydronic),
